Richard is a versatile multi-instrumentalist.

A classically-trained violin and viola player, Richard has broadened his performing skills throughout his career, on drum kit (he once jammed with Dire Straits!), bass guitar and trumpet.  In the studio, Richard has developed great expertise in recording tracked string sections.  In such a role, he has recorded TV trailers for NBC and Universal (Resonate Studios London) and pop tracks for the Korgis (Shabbey Road Studios), theme tunes for BBC shows, commercial adverts, and has worked with artists such as the James Warren, Liam Paton, Holger Skepeneit,  As well as strings, Richard often records on French horn, trumpet, keys and vocals.
